Non-CDL Driver

Job Overview

Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking non‑CDL drivers to load, transport, and unload household goods. The role offers leadership opportunities, daily customer interaction, and potential for growth within a full‑service moving company.

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading and unloading shipments onto and off of the truck.
• Inspect shipments for proper packing or wrapping prior to loading.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
• Assist in loading trucks or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip safety inspections of the truck, moving equipment, and associated straps and tensioners.
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Execute any other duties as assigned.

• Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, and/or interstate.
• Ability to operate a box truck.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliability—on time, meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.

Required:

High school diploma or GED. Preferred:
Real , Complaint , or DL.

• Indoors and outdoors.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent squatting, bending, and use of stairs.
• Long periods of driving.

• 40 hours of vacation pay after one year of employment.

• $500 scholarship toward tuition for first full summer internship.
• $750 scholarship toward tuition for second full summer internship.
