OTR CDL A drivers

Salary: Top 50% average $107,216 per year

CPM: Starting pay $.68 to $.71 per mile

Experience: One-year verifiable tractor trailer experience with a class A CDL

Crete, Shaffer, and Hunt drivers are paid based on practical miles. Drivers receive 3-5 percent more total miles per year than companies that pay based on short route miles. The most productive 50 percent of our OTR drivers average more than $101,176 annually, equaling over $1,945 weekly; $.64 to $.67 CPM.
