Overview

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for a regional route in the western United States. The role involves transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The position offers a $5,000 Hiring Bonus, competitive pay, and benefits.

• Weekly pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service.
• Annual pay: $46,984.82 – $.
• Bonuses: $5,000 Hiring Bonus plus accessorial compensation (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, and over‑dimension pay).
• Rate per mile: $0.57 – $0.71.
• Transition Package: $1,800 ($1,000 for first 2 weeks orientation).

• Home time:
  Off most weekends (34‑hour reset).

• Transport important goods and materials, including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with company policies.
• Perform required tarp handling and other flatbed specialty tasks.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Safe driving record.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 4+ months driving experience (preferred: 1 year).
• Background check, clean drug test, and clean clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation).
• Previous experience driving a flatbed truck; owner/operators and trainees with less than 4 months CDL‑A experience are not eligible for the hiring bonus.
