About Swire Coca-Cola

Swire Coca-Cola is a family‑owned bottling company with a story spanning over two centuries. One of the largest bottlers of Coca‑Cola in North America, it distributes more than 50 beverage brands and flavors, delivering refreshment to over 30 million consumers across 13 states.

As a CDL A Driver, you operate a commercial motor vehicle to ensure timely and accurate delivery of beverages to customers. The schedule starts at 4:00 am and continues until all work is finished (5 days/8 hours).

• Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles, following predetermined routes and schedules, and adapting to traffic and weather conditions.
• Load and unload beverage products using proper handling techniques to prevent damage or breakage. Stock and maintain back‑room areas as requested.
• Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records using electronic devices or paper documentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Interact professionally with store personnel and establish positive relationships with store managers and staff.
• Maintain a valid CDL‑A license.
• Complete all assigned training and attend meetings or special projects as required.

• High School Diploma (or GED) and/or equivalent degree or certificate.
• Preferred ability to drive a manual transmission.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Driving record that meets Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed and adapt to changing schedules, routes, and delivery demands.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly throughout the day.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with customers, clients, and team members.
• Will successfully complete required pre‑employment screening.

Base pay rate is $26.56 to $29.51 per hour, depending on geographic location, prior relevant experience, and knowledge, skills, and abilities.
