This position will perform a wide range of duties, while not all inclusive, they include warehouse task(s), operating Class C vehicles / material handling equipment to deliver both bulk and packaged lubricant products, completing product inventory at customer sites, office receptionist, fulfilling, Will Call orders, providing administrative/order entry support to Lube Ops Manager/Sales staff, and dispatching lube drivers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate Class C vehicles in support of customer deliveries
- Ensure the correct product, packaging configuration, and quantity is loaded on truck, while ensuring correct product is delivered to customer as specified on Sales Orders
- Complete all delivery documentation and return Proof of Delivery to documents to Lube Dispatcher
- After deliveries, unload truck contents from truck to appropriate warehouse location
- Process all warehouse paperwork in accordance with Company procedures and standards
- Check customer tanks to verify what products are held
- Stick each tank and record beginning inches before delivery on invoice
- Complete customer invoice with correct amount of lubricants delivered, price, and amount due for that delivery
- Maintain the appearance of the truck inside and out
- Maintain truck inventory items including spill pads, metal bucket, flags and correct nozzles
- Ensure processing, packaging and shipping orders are executed accurately and on time;
Load trucks with the products and amounts as listed on daily Sales Orders for scheduled deliveries - Unload trucks delivering product, confirm it is the right products and quantities are correct in accordance with the Bill of Lading/Delivery Note
- Restock and organize the warehouse in accordance with Company standards
- Ensure stocks are organized, inventory is accurate and follow First-In-First-Out principle;
Inspect products for defects and damages - Ensures the warehouse and yard areas are kept clean and free of obstacles by emptying trash, wiping down drums, pails, and kegs, pressure washing equipment, and maintaining landscaping
- Identifies leaks or spills by performing daily walk-throughs. Examines buildings and fences daily for damage
- Greets and assists walk-in customers obtain fuel and lubricant products by pulling, loading, and agreeing products and quantities to Sales Orders
- Responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs to buildings, equipment and yard areas. Also, responsible to perform general maintenance and repairs to tank and pump equipment at our retail outlet locations
- Operate Material Handling Equipment to include forklift, pallet jack, drum dolly, etc. in support of warehouse operations
- Provides administrative support to Lube Ops Manager, Drivers, and Sales staff
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications and
Core Competencies:
Minimum Experience:
3+ years operating delivery vehicles / performing warehouse duties in adverse to extreme weather conditions
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Class A or B CLD with TX Endorsements, No Air Brake or Automatic Transmission Restrictions
- Advanced computer and device skills across common office and industry platforms
- Experience with Exxon Mobil Lubricant products
- Current CPR / AED / First Aid Certification
- Diesel Repair Certifications
- Hydraulic Certifications
- ICML or STLE Certifications

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Basic computer skills using MS Office Suite
- Clean driving record
