What you'll do:
- Operate a 42′ – 48′ Flatbed safely
- Hauling:
Structural steel, steel plates, and formed steel - Freight Handling:
Strapping - Driver secures own load, client loads it.
- Makes deliveries around the Spokane and North Idaho area, average 9 stops per shift.
- Driver must unsecure, assist with unloading if needed, re-secure load and continue to next stop.
- Perform pre-and post-trip inspections
- Keep equipment clean and presentable
- Verify paperwork for completeness and accuracy
- Schedule is Monday through Thursday
- Shift start time is 1:00 PM
What you'll need:
- 1 year of Class A driving experience
- Valid Class A License and Medical Card
- No endorsements are required, but highly preferred
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- No DUI/DWI convictions that are less than 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years OR no more than 1 moving violation and 1 accident in the last 3 years
- 22 years of age or older
