Raptor Rooter & Plumbing is actively seeking a full-time Warehouse Team Lead to manage our warehouse operations and drive excellence in inventory and logistics. In this Spokane-based role, you ll guide a warehouse crew, maintain inventory control processes, and ensure day-to-day functions are efficient, secure, and safe for all team members.

Compensation ranges from $17 to $25 per hour, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including:

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Warehouse Team Lead, your day is filled with purposeful tasks and collaborative problem-solving. You manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods with precision, making sure every product lands in the right place at the right time. You re hands-on-walking the floor with your warehouse crew, verifying deliveries, checking on the safety and performance of equipment, and maintaining impeccable records.

With Skyboss software at your fingertips, you keep a watchful eye on warehouse inventory and generate reports to inform purchasing decisions. You stay in regular contact with suppliers, oversee material orders, and ensure pricing is competitive. Whether putting away newly delivered stock, overseeing warehouse safety protocols, or coaching your crew, you take ownership of the space, and it shows in every organized shelf and efficient process.

Since 2017, our family-owned and local company has been serving the Washington and Idaho area with the goal of providing top-notch service to every customer we assist. Currently, we provide service plumbing and construction plumbing for residential and multi-residential clients. As we continue to grow, we will be adding commercial plumbing to our company offerings! Some of the service jobs we take on involve leaking pipes, sump pump repairs, sump pump installations, water heaters, frozen pipes, sewage backups, and more.

WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR IN A WAREHOUSE TEAM LEAD

• Valid driver s license
• Excellent understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory, and inventory controls
• Proficient computer skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong people skills
• Ability to work extended hours
• 2+ years of warehouse experience is preferred
