Join our team in the Spokane Division, where you will play a key role in supporting our customers by accurately fulfilling warehouse orders, maintaining an organized work environment, and contributing to a culture of safety and teamwork. We provide a stable and consistent Monday–Friday schedule 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM with the possibility of overtime. This role is ideal for motivated self‑starters, individuals who are detail‑oriented, capable of working independently, and enthusiastic about contributing to team success.

- Forklift certification and training on warehouse equipment

- Review customer orders and accurately pick, pull, and stage products according to established processes.
- Load and unload freight to support timely, accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, picker, and stretch wrapper.
- Assist with updates to orders, product substitutions, and communication with sales staff when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures.
- Demonstrate regular, reliable attendance.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and relocating inventory.
- Break down and recycle empty cartons.
- Remove debris and non‑recyclables.
- Support inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Provide backup support for other warehouse team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally with team assistance.
- Ability to move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools.
- Professional conduct and strong work ethic.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to a team.
- Customer service oriented; able to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
- Basic math and measurement skills; able to read and interpret work documents.
- Warehouse operations knowledge preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Ability to meet safety expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Work performed in warehouse, and truck cab environments.
- Exposure to seasonal weather conditions.
- Overtime may be required.
