Position Details
Location: Spokane, WA
Compensation: $18.25/hour with a $2 shift differential
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am – 4:30-5:00pm (or whenever job is complete)
Role SummaryAs a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO), you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. - Up to $18.25/hour starting pay + a $2 shift differential
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus just for joining the team!
- Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment
- Product Handling:
Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery - Inbound Processing:
Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations - Loading & Unloading:
Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently - Equipment Operation:
Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided) - Inventory Accuracy:
Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step - Team
Collaboration:
Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success - Clean & Safe Workplace:
Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols - Flexibility:
Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs
- 18 years of age or older
- Can lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently
- Comfortable working on your feet all day—standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders
- Able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue
- Strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven environment
- Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)
- Forklift operator or other picker‑intermediate‑technology equipment experience (preferred, but not required)
