Dal‑Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate II to join our team. This role involves owning a variety of material‑handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customer orders, and inventory checks. The position requires the daily use of forklift equipment.

Sign‑on bonus: $750;
Perfect Attendance bonus: $750.

Expected base pay will be between $17.13/hr and $22.31/hr pensation may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other short‑ and long‑term incentive packages.

• Perform material-handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading inbound material, pulling/assembling customer orders, inventory checks, cycle counts, restocking and labeling vendor products, and maintaining tool displays.
• Operate forklift equipment safely and responsibly.
• Process inbound shipments and customer returns, notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility through sweeping, trash removal, and general office maintenance.
• Wait on customers and prepare sales slips as needed.
• Observe all safety rules outlined in the Safety Program and report all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee may sit, climb, balance, talk, or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
