Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking loaders, packers, movers, and warehouse personnel for our service centers. We are looking for hardworking, energetic individuals who want to earn good pay while staying active. Compensation for this role is $19–$20 per hour. This position is ideal for college students as well as individuals seeking a long‑lasting career in the moving industry.
Essential Functions and Duties- Wrap household goods for transit.
- Perform packing jobs as necessary.
- Lift and carry household goods between the residence and truck.
- Assist in loading trucks and/or containers for interstate transport.
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections of equipment, including truck interior, straps, tensioners, and walk‑boards.
- Complete household goods inventories.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
- Willingness to travel locally, intrastate, and interstate.
- Good communication skills.
Education and Experience
Required:
High school diploma or GED. Preferred:
Real , Complaint , or driver’s license.
- Indoor and outdoor environment.
- Lift objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent squatting and bending.
- Frequent use of stairs.
- 40 hours of vacation pay after 1 year of employment.
- Voluntary health benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.).
- 8 paid holidays after 90 days for full‑time employees (seasonal included).
- Referral bonus programs.
- $500 scholarship for the first full summer internship.
- $750 scholarship for the second full summer internship.
- $1,000 scholarship for the third or subsequent full summer internships.
- Applicable only for full‑time seasonal associates employed as helper, packer, driver, warehouseman, or other operational roles.
- Must be enrolled in school for the upcoming fall term and have supervisor acknowledgement of good work performance and attendance.
