Job Description
Join Caterpillar’s Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) as a Warehouse Associate at our Spokane Distribution Center. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of parts, materials, and equipment to support our customers worldwide.

What You Will DoResponsible for activities that support the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Safely perform material handling and warehousing processes.
- Operate handheld scanners for receiving, counting, and order processing.
- Be trained to operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead hoists as needed.
- Report defects and maintenance needs.
- Use pneumatic or power tools to construct wooden shipping containers and apply paint or rust protection.
- Maintain housekeeping standards.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- Consistent use of required PPE and safety procedures.
- Time Management: reliable attendance and productive goal attainment.
- Adaptability: work in variable temperatures, overtime when required, and willingness to learn cross‑functional processes.
- Collaboration:
promote teamwork to reach shared goals.
- Perform quality checks accurately and follow written instructions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read/write documents in English.
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience with a minimum of twelve months at a single employer.
- Physical requirements:
lift up to 50 pounds, walk 10‑12 miles per day, sit, stand, squat, and bend consistently. Reasonable accommodations may be available.

- 1st Shift: Monday‑Friday 6 am – 2:30 pm ($19.95/hr)
- 2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday 2 pm – 10:30 pm ($20.95/hr)
- 3rd Shift: Sunday night – Friday morning 10 pm – 6:30 am ($20.95/hr)
- 4th Shift: Saturday & Sunday 10 am – 8:30 pm;
Monday & Tuesday 2 pm – 12:30 am ($20.95/hr) - 5th Shift: Wednesday‑Friday 2 pm – 12:30 am and Saturday 10 am – 8:30 pm ($20.95/hr)
- 7th Shift: Monday‑Friday 10 pm – 8:30 am ($20.95/hr)
- Background screening
- Drug screening
- Post‑offer medical questionnaire—clearance required
$19.35 – $25.15 per hour; compensation varies by location, experience, and performance.
