What You Will Do

Caterpillar’s Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) seeks Warehouse Associates at our Spokane Distribution Center. As a Warehouse Associate, you support customers by moving parts from distribution centers to their final destinations. Responsibilities include sorting parts, building protective carriers for engines, and operating equipment such as reach trucks and cherry pickers. This role is ideal for individuals building foundational warehouse skills, typically within the first 24 months of their career.

  • Ability to work overtime when required
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)
  • Safely handle all receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Operate handheld scanners for receiving, counting, and order processing.
  • Be trained on and operate cherry/order pickers, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead cranes/hoists (not all positions include equipment operation).
  • Report defects and repair needs.
  • Use pneumatic or power tools to build wooden shipping containers.
  • Apply paint and rust prevention as needed.
  • Perform housekeeping functions as required.
  • Complete additional duties assigned by Caterpillar management.

Shifts
  • 1st Shift: Monday‑Friday 6am‑2:30pm ($19.95/hr)
  • 2nd Shift: Monday‑Friday 2pm‑10:30pm ($20.95/hr)
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday night‑Friday morning 10pm‑6:30am ($20.95/hr)
  • 4th Shift: Saturday and Sunday 10am‑8:30pm;
    Monday and Tuesday 2pm‑12:30am ($20.95/hr)
  • 5th Shift: Wednesday‑Friday 2pm‑12:30am;
    Saturday 10am‑8:30pm ($20.95/hr)
  • 7th Shift: Monday night‑Friday morning 10pm‑8:30am ($20.95/hr)

Summary Pay Range

$19.35 – $25.15 per hour. Compensation and benefits may vary based on job level, location, performance, and experience.
