Warehouse Worker

Ameristar Meats, LLC, a US Foods company, seeks a dependable Warehouse Worker to support safe, accurate handling of meat and protein products. Responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, and loading orders; operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment; rotating refrigerated and frozen inventory; and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Follow strict food safety, quality, and safety procedures while meeting productivity goals. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming meat and protein products
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and related equipment
• Maintain proper rotation of refrigerated and frozen inventory (FIFO)
• Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation standards
• Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Use warehouse systems or scanners to track inventory and orders
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Report equipment, product, or safety issues promptly to supervisors
