Roof Loader

Mac Arthur Co is seeking a dependable Roof Loader to support our Warehouse & Manufacturing operations in the construction materials industry. This hands-on position loads and unloads roofing and insulation products, safely staging materials on rooftops using boom trucks, forklifts, and other equipment. You'll pull and verify orders, inspect materials for damage, and maintain clean, organized yard and warehouse areas. Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload roofing and insulation products from trucks and trailers
• Stage and place materials on rooftops using boom trucks or roof loading equipment
• Pull, verify, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, quantity, and accuracy
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with safety standards
• Secure loads properly for transport and rooftop placement
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse, yard, and loading areas
• Follow all company, OSHA, and site-specific safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist drivers and warehouse team with routing, staging, and delivery support
• Report equipment issues, safety hazards, and inventory discrepancies to supervision
