Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Spring Hill, FL
Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 DOE

• The Senior Accountant will prepare and review individual and trust tax returns, including Form 1040 and Form 1041
• Support tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and trust clients
• Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• The Senior Accountant will maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure financial data integrity
• Assist with financial statements and supporting schedules
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables
• Communicate directly with clients to gather documentation and address accounting or tax-related questions
• The Senior Accountant will support process improvements and documentation to enhance efficiency and consistency

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience
• Hands-on tax preparation exposure is a PLUS
• Demonstrated experience preparing individual (1040) and trust (1041) tax returns
• Public accounting or financial services background strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a client-service environment
