Project Support Coordinator

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team on an active job site in Spring Hill, Florida
. This is a 12–15 month contract opportunity ideal for an entry‑level professional eager to gain hands‑on experience in project coordination within a fast‑paced environment.

• Manage and track submittals, RFIs, and document distribution
• Maintain accurate and organized project files and documentation
• Assist with purchase order (PO) generation and tracking
• Track labor hours and wage data using Excel
• Support pay application submissions (preferred)
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team
• Ensure timely communication and follow‑ups with internal and external stakeholders

• Entry‑level candidates encouraged; prior coordination or admin experience is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
