Automotive. Ford Spring Hill is looking for a new Parts Counter Salesperson to join their growing team. If you have some automotive experience and want to further that career, here is the place to go.

• Generate parts sales (retail/wholesale) while maximizing the company's profitability.
• Understand and demonstrate capabilities and features of all parts and accessories.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships for future sales.
• Assist Service Department personnel (Technicians, Service Advisors, etc.) with their parts needs and provide excellent customer service.

• Always display a professional demeanor.
• Keep current on all dealership product(s) knowledge as well as our competitors'.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships (before and after sales).
• Keep Parts warehouse and inventory bins clean and organized.
• Assist Technicians/Service Advisors with accurate customer quotes.
• Follow-up on quotes and maintain accurate notes.
• Determine parts availability and inform Manager of low inventory levels.
• Maintain valid driver s license.
• Follow all established company, department and safety policies and procedures.
• Acceptable attendance is mandatory.
• Must be able to work all required hours, including extended hours for events, when necessary.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Department Head.
• Must be able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Additional duties as required.
• Must pass Drug Screen and Background Test.
