Ford Spring Hill is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing service team. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have dealership service experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Greet customers promptly and professionally while delivering an exceptional service experience.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and repair requests.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians regarding customer concerns.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, including status updates, additional repair recommendations, and estimated completion times.
- Review completed repairs with customers and ensure all questions are answered before vehicle delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer retention.
- Meet productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales goals established by dealership management.
- Previous automotive dealership Service Advisor experience required.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds dealership management software is preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
