• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on powertrain, electrical, and overall vehicle performance issues
• Complete routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.)
• Repair and replace faulty components to meet manufacturer and industry standards
• Utilize diagnostic tools and hand tools efficiently and safely
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and service records
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair recommendations and maintenance needs
• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and service excellence

• Minimum 1 year experience as a service technician (required)
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Experience troubleshooting automotive electrical systems
• Knowledge of powertrain systems and related repairs
• Familiarity with Ford vehicles preferred (not required)
• ADAS experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to safely and effectively use automotive tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR required)

• Competitive pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per flat rate hour
