Case Manager:

• Communicating with our clients while developing their claim with the goal of getting them the benefits they deserve.
• Communication with the Social Security Administration.
• Must understand the importance of deadlines.
• Must be trustworthy, discreet, use good judgment and possess a passion for helping others.

• Customer Service Experience 2+ years preferred.
• Awesome Communication Skills.
• Time Management Guru.
• Able to think outside the box.
• Self motivated.
• Pleasant phone personality.
• Organized.
• Team player.
• Multitask capability without compromising on quality.
• Proficient in office technology, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Dependable and punctual.
• A background check must be passed to be considered for this position.
