TGH Senior Center Powered by Greenbrook Medical is hiring a full time Primary Care Physicians for spring/summer/fall 2026 in the Greater Tampa Bay area.
Upcoming locations:
- Brandon - immediate
- Central Tampa - spring 2026
- Hudson, Spring Hill, New Port Richey, Brooksville, Sun City Center - summer to fall 2026
Opportunity Details :
- Provide daily care to geriatric patient panels capped at approximately 500 patients
- Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- 12 patients per full day, allowing 30 to 45 minutes per visit between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m
- Coders handle pre-charting and post-visit reviews, streamlining clinical documentation, medical assistants manage administrative and care coordination tasks
- Lead care plan discussions and participate in team meetings to review patient progress
- Leverage electronic medical records (Epic or eCW)
Compensation:
- Three component contract: a base salary, a qualitative performance bonus, and beginning in your third year of employment, a clinic performance bonus. Your compensation in the first two years should approach $300k, with the opportunity to exceed $400k including your clinic performance bonus.

Requirements :
- Experience:
2-6 years of experience in a primary care setting, preferably managed care, or recent residency graduate. - MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty required
- Must be able to obtain a Florida State Medical License or already have a current, active Florida State Medical License
- Board certification or board eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty is preferred. Board Eligibility is required
Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the growth and onboarding team to build and maintain a thriving patient panel of 500 individuals.
- Proactively identify and address care gaps to ensure comprehensive and preventive care for patients.
- Monitor and work to reduce hospitalization rates by delivering effective outpatient management and follow-up care.
- Strive to achieve high Patient Net Promoter Scores (NPS) by fostering trust, communication, and satisfaction in every patient interaction.
