An established and expanding dermatology practice in the Tampa Bay area is seeking an experienced and compassionate Board-Certified Dermatologist to join a busy, patient-centered team.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in general medical dermatology and the ability to diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of dermatologic conditions, ranging from acute and chronic disorders to benign and malignant skin diseases.
This role is well-suited for a physician who values collaboration, prioritizes patient education, and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based dermatologic care across diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of skin conditions
- Provide a collaborative Supervising Physician role, as applicable
- Perform comprehensive skin examinations and implement appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed patient records
- Utilize EMR systems effectively
- Educate patients on preventive skincare and treatment options
- Ensure compliance with state laws, HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
- Contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Board-Certified in Dermatology
- Active Florida medical license
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Strong clinical expertise in general dermatology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and empathize with patients
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
