Interventional Pain Physician – Spring Hill, FL

Compensation: $450,000 guaranteed base salary with production bonus.

Benefits:

Role Overview

We are seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Interventional Pain Physician to join a thriving, growth‑focused practice in beautiful Spring Hill, Florida. This full‑time position offers exceptional earning potential, leadership growth through equity ownership, and a supportive clinical team dedicated to delivering high‑quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures in office‑based and ASC settings.
  • Conduct new patient appointments (anticipated 6–8 per day on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday) with a focus on building a new patient base.
  • Supervise two experienced Nurse Practitioners who handle most follow‑up patient care.
  • Utilize e‑Clinical Works EMR.
  • Work hours are generally 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, with a one‑hour lunch.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Interventional Pain (new graduates considered).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient‑first mindset.
  • Experience with a patient population primarily consisting of Medicare, managed Medicare, commercial, and workers’ compensation.
