Job Description

About the Role

The successful candidate can opt to either work Full Time position during Term Time only, approximately 38 weeks per year OR Part Time (0.8 FTE) year round.

Enrolments Officer

The Enrolments Officer position involves proactively, professionally, responsibly and collaboratively working as a member of the Enrolments Team.

The role of Enrolments Officer will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties in the Enrolment Office including phone and email enquiry response, data entry and assist with general filing.
  • Oversight of all incoming enrolment applications and the delegation of processing applications.
  • Oversight of bookings for boarding marketing trips in consultation with the Deputy Headmaster/ Head of Senior School, Director of Boarding and Director of Enrolments.
  • Assist with administrative support of the Director of Enrolments and Enrolments Manager including tasks such as creating files for Confirmed and Waiting List students.
  • Assist with the organisation and running of events such as Tours and Open Day (and conduct personal tours when required).
  • Assist with research projects undertaken by the Director of Enrolments and Enrolments Manager.
  • Other duties as specified by the Director of Enrolments and Enrolments Manager.
