Job SummaryProfessional Guest Teachers (Professional Substitutes) support teachers on long‑term leave. Assignments may range from 30 days to a full school year, focusing on developing, planning, organizing, and implementing instructional programs for students.
ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver curriculum, lesson plans, and educational programs in the absence of the full‑time teacher.
Education, Training & Experience- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Two years’ experience in a classroom environment and/or working with children.
Pasco County Schools utilizes the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse for fingerprinting and Level II background screening.
