- Design and develop BLDC motor controller hardware, electrical circuits, printed circuit boards, and supporting electronic systems.
- Create and maintain electrical schematics, engineering documentation, and technical design records.
- Develop, prototype, evaluate, and troubleshoot embedded electronic hardware and electrical assemblies.
- Support verification testing, validation activities, and product performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve technical challenges during product development and manufacturing.
- Provide engineering support throughout design, testing, production, and continuous product improvement activities.
- Participate in root cause investigations and implement practical corrective actions for electrical system issues.
- Contribute to design reviews while helping improve product reliability, manufacturability, and overall performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Five or more years of professional electrical engineering experience.
- Experience supporting electronic product development within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in PCB layout and circuit design.
- Hands on experience with embedded electronic hardware.
- Ability to develop and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience supporting products through development, testing, validation, and production.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with BLDC motor controllers, power electronics, Altium Designer, LabVIEW, regulated manufacturing environments, or firmware development is highly desirable.
