We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer for a full‑time direct‑hire role with a leading aerospace engineering organization. This position is on‑site in Spring Hill, FL or Alberta, Canada
, depending on candidate eligibility.
- 4‑day work week (M–Th) at the Florida location
- High-impact visibility, reporting up to top leadership
- Small team environment with global business + defense exposure
- Relocation assistance available
- Plan, schedule, and drive project activities to completion
- Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering and operations tasks
- Prepare reports and communicate progress to leadership
- Support occasional travel to military or government sites
- 10–20 years of relevant engineering/project experience
- BS degree preferred, but experience considered in place of education
- Aerospace/defense or high‑compliance engineering environment experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and project execution skills
