Campbell & Company, Wealth Advisors and CPAs is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Service Advisor to support client servicing and advisor operations. Reporting directly to the Principal of the Practice, this role is critical to the successful execution of operational processes within the Financial Advisor’s book of business. You will own behind-the-scenes client onboarding, ongoing servicing, and play an essential role in supporting the Financial Advisor across a variety of responsibilities.

Please note: This is not a remote or hybrid position. The role requires in-office attendance in the Spring Hill, FL area.
RELOCATION MUST BE COMPLETED.

• Report directly to the Principal of the Practice.
• Own the operational processes for client onboarding and servicing.
• Support the Financial Advisor with daily administrative and client-facing tasks.
• Develop and deepen relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Opportunity for growth in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Prepare support materials and reports for the Chief Advisor.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Participate in internal and external client meetings and debriefs.
• Meet regularly with advisors to review appointments and cases.
• Meet with clients as needed to support service and relationship management.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the company CRM.
• Measure business performance and submit weekly progress reports.
• Maintain all required compliance documentation.

• Licensing & Credentials:
  • FINRA Series 65 (required)
  • CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation (required)
  • Life Insurance License (required)
