• Travel to patients’ homes to provide personalized physical therapy services that support recovery and independence.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each patient’s condition and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement goal‑oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers.
• Guide and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high‑quality care.

• Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy License (required).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
• Experience with OASIS documentation (preferred).
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Ability to delegate and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (preferred).

  * Contract/1099 opportunity available, as well!
• Pay‑Per‑Visit Compensation:
  Earn based on the number of visits you complete, giving you control over your income.
  * Contractor rates are subject to negotiation.
• Additional Earning Opportunities:
  Receive extra compensation for after‑hours visits, weekend coverage, and short‑term travel assignments.
