Description
Job Summary The Provider Relations Assistant supports the Provider Relations Department in developing, maintaining, and strengthening referral relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, hospitals, clinics, brokers, and community partners. This role plays a key part in supporting census growth initiatives, tracking referral sources, and ensuring timely follow‑up and communication. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
QualificationsTechnical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Ability to create and maintain tracking spreadsheets and reports;
Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional phone etiquette, strong relationship‑building skills;
Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and internal teams;
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred;
Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment;
Proactive and self‑motivated;
Problem‑solving mindset;
Customer‑service oriented
