Home Well is looking for great caregivers in the Spring Hill area to work ongoing 12‑hour shifts—day shift and night shift available. If that’s you, come work where you will be respected and appreciated! We have shifts all over, servicing clients within a 60‑mile radius of Nashville, TN. Only take the shifts you want! Work as many or as few hours as you choose.

• Day: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Night: 8 p.m. – 8 a.m.
• Client has mild dementia

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming, and toileting

• 6 months of full‑time work or 12 months of part‑time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
