Caregiver - HHA​/CNA Part-Time

SPECIFIC HOUR(S) OPTIONS

Friday 4-9PM & Saturday 10AM-6PM or Saturday & Sunday 10AM-4:30PM.

• Provide personal care to patients in their homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety.
• Provide medication reminders as directed by the RN
• Help patients with daily activities, including meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide or CNA
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to lift and move patients with proper body mechanics.
• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
