We are seeking a motivated and versatile Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and be comfortable working across multiple practice areas.

Experience in all areas is not required; however, candidates should be open to handling a diverse caseload, with litigation as a core focus.

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct hearings and trials independently.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Appear in court and represent clients effectively.
• Handle a variety of legal matters across the firm’s practice areas.
• Work independently while collaborating within a small firm environment.
• Assume responsibility for assigned projects and tasks.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Florida
• Strong litigation experience required
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Maintains strong professional ethics with a client-focused approach
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
