Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - Full Time

Join our team at Vitality Living Spring Hill Community. As a Maintenance Technician, you will support our vibrant community by maintaining and enhancing the living environment for residents and staff.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Strip, wax, and buff floors on a scheduled basis and as needed.
• Move furniture, equipment, and assist residents with moving needs.
• Assist with grounds care such as weeding in summer or snow removal in winter.
• Consistently work cooperatively with residents, co‑workers, physicians, families, consultant personnel, and other ancillary service providers.

• High‑school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of painting/wallcovering experience in a residential setting.
• Electrical and plumbing experience.
• Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and communicating simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Willingness to be available for emergency duties and on‑call responsibilities.
