Sign Production & Installation Specialist

• Follow a layout to place computer‑cut vinyl or full‑color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc.
• Weed excess vinyl from computer‑cut images using appropriate techniques based on size, vinyl type, and image complexity.
• Operate and maintain printers.
• Perform QA measures pre‑ and post‑production by accurately reading Work Orders and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.
• Perform finishing operations such as laminating and/or mounting of printed pieces.
• Report inventory levels and stock that need to be reordered to the center manager, production manager, or franchisee.
• Clean and maintain storage areas.
• Install signs in various locations.

• 1–2 years of experience in sign production and installation preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more).
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
• Flexibility to lean over a waist‑high table and use back‑and‑forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high‑quality work.
• Ability to use light power equipment.
• Must be able to work on ladders and bucket lifts up to 40 feet from the ground.

Competitive pay – $40,000.00 per year.
