Sales Merchandising Supervisor
Location:
Spring Hill, FL (Spring Hill). Shift starts at 6:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
- Lead huddle calls with sales merchandisers and part-time merchandisers.
- Visit outlets to ensure adherence to merchandising standards.
- Track volume for incentives and productivity.
- Close customer service tickets related to merchandising and replenishment in a timely manner.
- Manage order transmissions, missed deliveries, dispatch issues, and unscheduled deliveries.
- Manage technology/device administration.
- Communicate with store managers about ordering and execution.
- Serve as main point of contact for ordering and delivery issues.
- Communicate routinely with sales leadership.
- Monitor returns, breakage, damages, and losses (BD&L).
- Support field training for SM and SM-Relief.
- Transport, replace, and maintain point-of-sale advertising as appropriate for each account.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
- Train, evaluate, support, and develop team members.
- Ensure associates complete daily activities on time.
- Recruit, hire, and conduct interviews to maintain staffing levels.
- Onboard new associates.
- Schedule sales merchandiser and part-time work hours.
- Plan labor and OPEX merchandising budgeting.
- Develop weekly merchandising plans, including display execution resource strategy.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to use and understand mobile applications.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift product; certification as required.
- Must have and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must have and maintain current vehicle liability insurance as specified by the company.
- Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.
- 1+ year of sales or merchandising experience preferred.
- 1+ year supervising a small team preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
