Morning shift starts between 8:00 am – 11:00 am; afternoon shift starts between 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pick‑up, make product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Shop for customers across departments to pick the right items for online orders.
• Pack and dispense online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Engage customers during dispensing, answering questions and providing assistance.
• Help in‑store customers when needed while maintaining speed and accuracy.

• Positive customer service skills, greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to locate products quickly and help customers find items.
• Team‑player attitude, assisting fellow associates as needed.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe area.
