Job Overview

Full-time Inside Sales Representative at Hughes Exterminators will sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone and provide administrative support to service centers. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling services, managing payment data, and meeting daily call volume standards. The position is paid hourly plus commissions.

In this role you will influence customers by introducing and educating them on services that best meet their needs and enrolling them in those services. You will partner with Outside Sales to generate leads and appointments through telephone conversations. You will also support the administrative team by answering inbound calls for scheduling, billing, or problem resolution and documenting all interactions in our customer relationship management system.

• Previous customer service experience (preferred)
• Excellent telephone skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency‑required licensing or certification exams
• Able to pass internal technical exams
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a minimum 40‑hour workweek
