BDC Representative

Essential Functions (Responsibilities)

• Meet and exceed established sales goals.
• Follow established sales techniques and processes.
• Promptly respond to call‑ins and internet car sales inquiries.
• Facilitate car sales by collecting customer data.
• Attend all necessary/ required trainings whether online or in person.
• Maintain professional demeanor and exhibit positive communication skills (verbal and written) and strong work ethic.
• Strong Computer skills a must.
• Acceptable attendance is mandatory.
• Must be able to perform all essential functions and physical demands within a fast‑paced work environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director and General Manager.

• Exemplify proactive and self‑starter attitude.
• Positive and energetic, excellent communication, listening and strong writing skills.
• Professional appearance for associating with customers.
• Provide quality customer service while selling and utilizing reactive/proactive sales techniques.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as in a high‑energy and collaborative environment.
• A resilient, and highly motivated attitude.
• Coordinate incoming online and telephone request, and successfully make appointments.
• Able to process data to develop more effective marketing strategies.
• Objection handling skills.
• Willing to work until 7pm.
• Ability to pass driver license and motor vehicle history check.
• Ability to pass background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
• Verifiable experience with a track record of successful and credible achievements.

• May require regular sitting, standing, squatting, or kneeling.
• Able to successfully operate/use phone for communicating.
• Additional duties as required.
