Salesperson, Sales Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time, Salesperson role located in Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. The Salesperson will drive company growth by building relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs, and recommending the most suitable roofing and home improvement solutions. This includes conducting consultations, preparing and presenting service proposals, and maintaining excellent client communication. Additionally, the role involves staying informed about Green Tek's products and services, showcasing them effectively, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  Skills:
  
  Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and close sales.
• Customer Service and Relationship Management:
  Proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, prioritize customer needs, and provide exceptional service.
• Product Knowledge:
  Familiarity with roofing, storm damage restoration, and other home improvement services is recommended but not necessary.
• Organizational and Goal-Oriented

  Strong time management, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a results-driven mindset aimed at achieving sales targets.
• Qualifications:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or experience in sales, roofing, or home improvement are preferred.
• Other:
  Candidates should possess a valid driver's license, ability to work on-site, and be comfortable visiting client locations within the Tampa Bay area.
