Sales Director

Vitality Living is currently hiring for an experienced Sales Director with a proven record of success.

• Manage sales metrics such as calls, appointments, tours, closing sales (deposits), and move‑ins.
• Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move‑in process.
• Conduct virtual and in‑person tours of the community for professionals and community influencers.
• Plan and host special events for both prospects and referral sources.
• Report on sales, marketing, and occupancy activity and maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database.

• 3+ years of successful experience in leasing and sales, with senior housing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated traits of accountability, high expectations, confidence, goal orientation, and a desire to succeed.
• Sales skills including persuasiveness, customer service, active listening, and adherence to the company’s sales systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the expectation to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with a CRM.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car for outreach appointments.
• Strong office presence and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a minimum of intermediate level.
• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales or a related field (High School diploma or higher preferred).
