• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client insurance needs and provide customized solutions.
• Deliver engaging presentations highlighting key features and benefits.
• Utilize negotiation skills to secure deals and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as trusted advisor and providing ongoing support.

• 5+ years of sales insurance experience.
• Possession of required insurance licenses.
• Proven sales track record with exceptional prospecting and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong self‑motivation and ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficiency in AMS
  360 and other sales tools.
