Automotive Sales Consultant – Ford Spring Hill

Ford Spring Hill is looking for motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team!

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are also open to candidates with strong sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience who are ready to learn the automotive business.

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles and explain features and technology
• Conduct test drives with prospective customers
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM
• Develop and maintain a strong customer base through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up
• Stay knowledgeable about current Ford products, available inventory, incentives, and promotions
• Work closely with Sales Managers and the Finance Department to ensure a smooth purchasing experience
• Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals
• Maintain professional communication and appearance

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working with customers in person, over the phone, by text, and through email
• Ability to learn vehicle features, technology, and sales processes
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
