TOPS Staffing is seeking Industrial Helpers / Laborers to support skilled trades on the construction of a large industrial water treatment facility in Shady Hills, Florida. This is a long‑term opportunity for dependable individuals looking for steady daytime hours and hands‑on industrial construction experience.

Spring Hill, FL. Project Duration:
Approximately 18 months. Pay Rate:
Competitive based on experience. Shift: Daylight 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or Afternoon 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm.
The Industrial Helper will assist Millwrights, Pipe fitters, Welders, and other skilled tradespeople by performing general labor duties, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and organized job site. This role is critical to keeping daily operations running efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Assist skilled trades with installation, assembly, and setup of mechanical equipment, piping, and structural components.
- Move, stage, and organize tools, parts, and construction materials.
- Perform general labor tasks such as cutting, grinding, cleaning, and preparing work areas.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment under supervision.
- Support rigging and hoisting activities by preparing equipment and guiding loads.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Load and unload trucks and distribute materials throughout the site.
- Follow all safety procedures, job site rules, and supervisor instructions.
- Previous construction or industrial experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces if required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow direction.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Long‑term 18‑month project with consistent work.
- Daylight shift only – no nights required.
