Electrician/ Electrician Installation, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Industrial Electrician – Long‑Term Construction Project, Spring Hill, FL.
Shift: Daylight 6:30am–6:30pm (12hr) and Night 6:30pm–12am.
Schedule:
Monday–Saturday (60+ hrs per week).
Pay:
Competitive based on experience.
Hours:
Long term project, up to 12hr shifts 5–6 days a week.
The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for installing, wiring, inspecting, and maintaining electrical systems and components throughout the project. This role requires the ability to read technical drawings, work independently or as part of a team, and perform high‑quality electrical work in an active construction setting.
Key Responsibilities- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints
- Read and understand P& (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams)
- Design, fabricate, and install electrical conduit
- Pull, terminate, and label electrical wiring
- Wire junction boxes and control panels
- Assemble and wire electrical components including motors, instruments, terminal strips, Panduit, and heat tracing
- Print and install wire labels per specifications
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance in a shop or field environment
- Support installation, modification, and repair of electrical and electronic systems
- Follow all project safety procedures and job site requirements
- Previous industrial or commercial electrical experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Working knowledge of low and high voltage systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks or projects
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- High level of concentration required in a busy construction environment
- Willingness to work overtime as project demands require
Long‑term 18‑month project with steady work.
Daylight shift only.
