Spring Hill Ford is looking for a Valet Service Driver to provide our customers with exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast‑paced and professional workplace.

• Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Parking vehicles and maintaining a smooth lane flow and a clean, welcoming Service Drive.
• Ensuring cleanliness and deliverability of any vehicle they touch, reporting potential concerns to advisor and/or Management staff immediately.
• Utilizing Redcap Mobile Software to manage pickup and delivery service, shuttle service and courtesy vehicles. This includes photographing vehicles, notating mileage or relevant vehicle details and navigating to and from each location.
• Managing time effectively and arriving promptly and professionally for scheduled pickups.
• Clearly and concisely relating any important information or concerns shared between the customer and the Service Department.
• Preparing and completing Courtesy Vehicle Agreements for customers prior to arrival, obtaining required documents, explaining customer responsibilities and due dates.
• Confirming scheduled pickups, maintaining route lists and organizing schedule for drivers.
• Maintaining composure and courtesy in dealing with customers and fellow employees.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• Time management and excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate collection of vehicle and customer details.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a minimum of 4 years licensed driving.
• Comfortable working with mobile phone apps, taking photos and using turn‑by‑turn navigation to complete each experience properly.
