The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by safely receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in ensuring products are handled safely, customer orders are processed accurately, and warehouse operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Safely operate forklifts, TSP, SP, pallet jacks, and other authorized warehouse equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members, clerks, and supervisors to support daily operational goals.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and finished goods.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks while verifying product accuracy and shipment documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Inspect products for damage or defects and report quality concerns promptly.
• Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other logistics software to complete warehouse transactions.
• Verify product labeling and support efficient material flow between the warehouse and production departments.
• Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization to maximize operational efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of one year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve routine operational issues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment using powered industrial equipment.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules based on business needs.
