** Your role at Clorox:
** At Clorox, we believe people do their best work when they can make a meaningful impact. As Plant Maintenance Manager, you will lead the safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution of all maintenance activities at our Spring Hill manufacturing facility.  This is a critical leadership role responsible for building a high-performing maintenance organization, improving equipment reliability and plant performance, and shaping the site’s safety, operational discipline, and continuous improvement culture.
** In this role, you will:
*** Lead and develop a team of mechanical and electrical maintenance professionals and team leads.
* Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures.
* Plan, prioritize, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and OEE.
* Partner closely with Operations to align resources and prioritize critical work.
* Manage maintenance budgets, external contractors, and spare parts inventory.
* Lead plant shutdown planning and execution.
* Improve maintenance systems, procedures, and cost management processes.
* Build team capability through coaching, skill development, and maintenance competency planning.
* Provide maintenance input for capital projects and site master planning.
* Drive root cause analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
** What we look for:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field preferred (or equivalent experience).
* 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
* 3–5+ years of people leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
* Proven experience leading mechanical and electrical technicians.
* Strong hands-on shop floor experience in high-volume manufacturing (not assembly-only environments).
* Demonstrated strength in safety leadership, reliability improvement, and root cause analysis.
* Experience managing maintenance budgets, contractors, and spare parts.
* Strong change management, project management, and organizational skills.
* Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
* Up to 10% of travel required.
* Ability and willingness to work at height.#LI-Onsite

A: $88,700 - $165,900–Zone B: $81,300 - $152,100–Zone C: $73,900 - $138,300
