Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- $21.30 per hour
- Overtime may be available on Fridays and Saturdays
As a Robotic Welding Operator, you'll help produce high-quality components by operating robotic welding equipment while ensuring products meet our quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate robotic welding machines safely and efficiently
- Set welding fixtures and jigs according to setup instructions
- Inspect finished parts using checking fixtures, gauges, and measuring devices
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications
- Perform minor grinding or spot welding as needed
- Verify product quality and identify defects before parts move to the next operation
- Rotate between workstations based on production needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, measuring devices, and written work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good verbal communication skills
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to follow specifications
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Willingness to rotate between workstations as production needs require
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC)
